This program is led by Coach Dallas Jaussi, a seasoned college coach with over 7 years of experience at the collegiate level. Coach Dallas brings a wealth of knowledge, connections, and first-hand insight into the college recruitment landscape. His background in coaching and recruiting across various levels of the college game gives our players a unique advantage as they prepare to take their next steps.

Through the CFA College Pathway Program, players and their families have access to a wide range of resources and support, including:

• Educational Nights: Informative sessions for players and parents that cover key aspects of the college recruiting process, from NCAA rules and eligibility to communication strategies and timelines.

• College Pathway Documentation: Access to a step by step guide document provided by our college pathway Director through Playmetrics.

• Individual Meetings: One-on-one advising with Coach Dallas to help players set goals, build a college list, navigate outreach, and develop a personalized recruitment plan.

• Highlight Video Review: Guidance on how to create, edit, and optimize highlight videos to capture college coaches’ attention effectively.

• ID Camp and Program Planning: Strategic advice on selecting the right ID camps and college programs based on a player's academic, athletic, and personal preferences.

• College Showcases: Our teams participate in key college showcase events that provide players with valuable exposure to college scouts and recruiters.
